Tiimo: time you can see, planning you still do.

Tiimo lays your day out as a color-coded visual timeline with gentle cues — built from the ground up for ADHD and autistic minds. Making time visible is its real strength. The catch is that you still build the plan yourself.

What it does

Timers, routines, and a visual day timeline with icons instead of words where helpful. Designed with input from people with ADHD and autism. The Pro plan is $7.99/mo or $79.99/yr (family plan $119.99/yr); web planner and AI features sit in Pro, and the free tier is mobile-only.

Where it helps

  • Time blindness: the next few hours become something you can see.
  • Routines and transitions get visible structure and timers.
  • Calm, unscreamy design — low sensory load.

Where it stops

  • Planning is manual: someone has to fill the timeline.
  • It shows you the plan; it does not follow up when the plan does not happen.
  • Core scheduling features sit behind Pro.

The verdict

As a visibility layer for time, Tiimo is excellent and genuinely neurodiversity-first. As a closer of loops it is neutral — the timeline needs your executive function to stay true. A visual calendar shows where the friction is; it does not remove it.
